Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).

No Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and continue providing exceptional service to everyone.
